Overall, good experience. Don't expect free coffee or tea in lobby as everything is for sale. Sometimes get little noisy from freeway traffic.

We had a great time staying here! We were getting married at a venue nearby, so we reached out to Nicole a year in advance to discuss reserving a room block for our guests - and she was so kind, thoughtful, easy to talk to, and very responsive during the wedding planning process! Our guests appreciated the quick and easy customer service checking in/out, and we loved seeing such sweet gifts from the hotel to help us celebrate our special day! Highly recommend booking this hotel for any type of stay!!

This is a nice clean hotel, and the ladies at the front desk provided excellent customer service! Very welcoming and helpful. Good location and quiet.

Food at the little restaurant inside the hotel was very good. Best fries I've ever eaten. Their Starbucks coffe was good and reasonably priced. The staff was very nice

Excellent service, friendly staff, great breakfast and spotless clean rooms!! I hosted a two-day meeting at this hotel and everything ran flawless. From my initial sales contact to the front desk help, catering staff, AV and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make sure myself and my guests had everything we needed. I honestly can't say enough good things about the staff and the hotel. The only thing that could make it better would be to move downtown Livermore closer, but the Uber trips were reasonable and quick.

I stayed here overnight and really enjoyed it! The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The hotel was convenient, easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties before and have always checked in hours before arrival without an issue. At Courtyard by Marriott Livermore, my mobile key never appeared in the app. I stopped by the front desk, but no one was there, so I waited. When the employee finally came, he pulled up my reservation and told me I could go to my room because the key was “already in the app.” I explained it wasn’t, but instead of helping, he was dismissive and rude. Eventually, he handed me a physical key. When we got to the room, the first thing my kids did was plug their noses — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, clearly from a chain smoker before we arrived. This is completely unacceptable, especially for families with kids. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Poor service, unhelpful staff, and a room that should never have been assigned to guests.

Nice, clean place. Not much around the hotel but a 9 minute drive each way gets you all kinds of shopping and wineries.
